Something that wasn't present in the Deathloop comments which falsely made me think that it wasn't about that this time (that said IGN re-posted their review and now I am seeing comments saying this game only won because black people).Īnd 7 hours into Deathloop after getting it free on PS Plus I'm beginning to think the journalists were right here too. I think TLOU2 is one of the best games ever and I think the journalists were correct though with that game I didn't listen to the negativity because it was loaded with about 8 types of bigotry. Even though at the time the reviews came out literally none of them had played it to be able to say that. On the day everyone else was saying it was great he said the opposite and the people who wanted to hate the game based on leakss championed him as some sort of paragon of objective truth against the journalists with their scary agenda. The latter especially I've since learnt thinks Destiny 2 is brilliant and as far as I can tell his channel only blew up when he reviewed TLOU2. Maybe it's because I wasn't excited for it in the first place but I let the user reviews and even reviews from people like SkillUp sway me on this.
